Summary

Jacob Sullivan admitted that he raped, tortured, and murdered his girlfriend’s 14-year-old daughter, Grace Packer, in July 2016. When a Bucks County judge sentenced the Pennsylvania man to death after a jury recommendation, she told Sullivan "You have no soul!"
