He is now the director of the Wilmington University Criminal Justice Institute.

You've got Phil Waters, who insists on being below.

All you have to do is say Phil Waters' names, and everyone knows he is America's most respected detective clearance rate.

That's like 3,050 percent and a criminal confession rate so good that he was invited by Scott Duffy to speak at his conference.

I have to defer to you, even though Phil is the patriarch of this group.

You invited Phil Waters. He spoke at your event. How did it go?

It was great. I mean, Phil brought his A game. I don't know if he has a B game, but he brought his A game.

And the crowd loved it. I don't know if he has a B game, but he brought his A game and the crowd loved it.

I think they wanted more. He just has a fascinating way of bringing real life mixed in with all aspects of his faith, real, you know, everyday experiences and what he's learned in the classroom.

He put it all together and really delivered.

So I appreciate it, Phil.
