Therefore is my spirit overwhelmed and fainted within me wrapped in gloom.

My heart within my bosom grows numb.

He sounds like he was in a mess, right?

I remember the days of old.

I meditate on all your doings.

I ponder the works of your hand.

What was his answer to the mess he was in?

I'm having a bad day.

I'm going to think about the good ones.

Meditation is a deep contemplation.

It's rolling a thought over and over in your mind.
