| 1:20.0 | Show me something I can do for you. |
| 1:22.0 | I want to serve you. |
| 1:24.4 | I started doing that on a daily basis, oh, maybe three, four years ago, and it's amazing if you listen to people. |
| 1:36.2 | I mean, if you just form a habit of listening to people, they'll tell you what they need, |
| 1:43.4 | where they're hurting, what they might like to have. |
| 1:47.5 | You know, somebody doesn't have to be in desperate need for you to give them something. |
