I always had in my mind this I always had this like next so I was always able to envision okay as soon as I get to this spot the

bullshit in my head is gonna leave like as soon as this happens it's all going to go away I'm going to feel really confident as a writer.

And I've actually reached all of those points and all that happens is the bullshit in my head shifts into some new story.

That's it. It doesn't go away. It just changes. It's a shape shifter.

And so that's what that's where I am now and that's how I maintain it is that I've made peace with the fact there will be a part of my brain

That's always chattering on about how I'm an imposter and I'm not good enough and I'm gonna make people upset and you should probably just go hide in a corner.

Whatever, you know, it's so boring, it's boring. But I always get back to am I writing what I want to be writing in a way that I want to be writing it?

And I just kind of trust that that's all I've got.

That's what I've got to give the world.

It's either going to succeed or not. It's people going to like it or not, but that's what I have.

So I'm just going to focus on being the best writer I can and being telling the truth as accurately as I can is I can't
