Hi, welcome back to the Personality Hacker Podcast. My name is Joel Mark Witt.

0:08.3

And I'm Antonia Dodge. I read a comment in our Facebook group, it's called It Tooative Awakening, and I read a comment that struck me that I just, I hadn't anticipated seeing this in print ever.

The person was responding to a comment.

0:28.0

I don't even remember what the subject was,

0:30.0

but they were responding by saying that most people use Meyers-Briggs for personal development

0:36.7

and they don't get much beyond the first two cognitive functions.

1:26.3

and understand other people's wiring.

1:28.5

But I like the idea that it's become a, it's become such a part of the ecosystem that there's a big space for using

1:39.2

the system in personal growth. The other part was the idea that most people aren't that

1:44.1

familiar beyond their first two functions and that made me think well if you're

1:50.2

using it for personal growth and development then you must be you have to be

1:54.4

familiar with more than just your first two functions and that reminded me that I

2:00.0

don't think that you and I have done a podcast on almost like the ideal relationship one
