The way you serve people may have more impact than you think.

Nancy will give you a long-term perspective on servanthood and the reward of servanthood. Here she is wrapping up a

series called Developing a Servant's Heart. We've talked over the last several days about having a

servant's heart, having the heart of an Onusiferus, who is the man from Ephesus, who

ministered encouragement and servanthood to the Apostle Paul when he was in prison.

We've been reading about him in 2 Timothy chapter 1,

and we took a couple day parenthesis over the last couple sessions

to talk about some of the dangers or cautions for those who serve.

But I want to come back to something as we wrap up this series on the life of Onusiferous,

and that has to do with a servant's reward.

We could call this session payday.

Payday.
