| 0:15.8 | What we mean by that is we've talked about in the Myers-Brig system |
| 0:21.8 | that below the surface portion of Myers-Briggs which is called |
| 0:26.8 | cognitive functions and we usually reference them as mental processes because it's a little easier |
| 0:32.2 | to understand. And among as mental processes because it's a little easier to understand. |
| 0:33.8 | And among these mental processes there are eight in total, eight cognitive functions in total, |
| 0:38.2 | and four of them help us learn new information and four of them help us make decisions. |

| 0:56.1 | whatever we decide is a should statement. Whatever we decide in life is something that should be happening. How should the world work? How |

| 1:08.4 | and thinking? So all of our should statements are basically wrapped up in the |
| 1:11.8 | portions of our brain that |
| 1:13.4 | evaluate life right make decisions evaluate judge yeah and also these are the |
| 1:19.0 | same the same processes of our mind that help us take action on those judgments. |
| 1:24.1 | So we're going to evaluate the should, what should I do in the situation, and then it gives us |
| 1:29.4 | that oomph to go ahead and take action to accomplish that should statement basically. |
| 1:34.1 | Yeah exactly so the parts of our brain that are allocated towards these should concepts |
