So Francis and I today, we're going to do, as well as the news and what, have you going to do a brief look forward any main sort of muscle moves that we expect in 2025.

But I'll start with the news.

So the head of Ukraine's armed forces, General Alexander Sersky, he says that Russian forces have suffered 427,000 casualties in 2024.

He was actually speaking on Monday just after we were on air. An analysis by the Institute for the Study of War says that that number mostly consists, the area that Russia took in 2024,

mostly consists of fields and small settlements in Ukraine and a little bit of Russia,
