I have to say this isn't going to be, you know,

this isn't going to be, Stanley Cup competitive year for the Red Wings of course and by no means are we at the end of talking about the rebuild

But think about this, our biggest, or a lot of the Red Wings fans keeping you know Carter roundy or Sam

Gagny rather than Bobby Ryan and if that is the biggest you know point of

contention in this roster heading into the home opener on

Thursday. This is miles beyond what we've been dealing with over the past five

years as Red Wings fans.

To be fair, the roster doesn't come out till later this evening,

so there could be some surprises and some grapes that come.

Yep.

Because, you know, they couldn't have their roster out now, no, they have to really say, well, we'll be eating thanks to Thanksgiving dinner with our families.

Thanks for nothing NHL.

Yeah, so for those who don't know this weekend was Canadian Thanksgiving.

And before you say that silly, consider this.

Canadian still, a lot of Canadians still, for the most part, I mean, kind of celebrate both

Thanksgiving because American Thanksgiving, you get the football and, you know, a lot of like the

national attention to Thanksgiving. And Canadian Thanksgiving is just like a

a pre- Thanksgiving a warm-up Thanksgiving. Oh yeah an American Thanksgiving my ass is on the

couch watching football all day. Yeah. I'm definitely not doing that. Yeah we assume

that. No I'd never really cared about American Thanksgiving other than I think
