And if I'm going to be sold, hey, the coordinators, hey, how about a whole new coaching staff in

Chicago? Hey, how about a whole new quarterback in Minnesota? Those would be bigger deals to me than losing a play caller. All right. You're doing a bit of a Jackson Pollock here. You're just splattering paint everywhere. Let's zero in on something. Okay. Like an example. I don't think you can say, oh, my coordinators, oh, whole new staff.

With the Lions and the coordinator thing, Bill Barnwell put this best,

it is so rare for a coordinator to have such a good season that without

having any head coaching experience, they get a job. It's really hard to do. This is a league where

experience pays. Not only did the Lions have one of those guys in Ben Johnson offer you that.

I think Aaron Glenn was criminally underappreciated. Agreed. So my point is you lost two head coaches off of that team plus support staff.
