I've noticed a lot of comments from people in the last couple months about the amount of things that I've been doing.

Most of the time, I don't feel that busy and then there are times that I feel completely overwhelmed.

This past week was one of those weeks that I experienced some overwhelm.

That's when my journal comes in handy.

I use it daily when the overwhelm sets in that I'm on fire.

I'm processing, I'm asking myself the questions that I'm afraid to say out loud.

The comments I'm afraid to make to my wife and I don't always feel completely better after the process, but it definitely helps.

And that's not what I'm going for anyway.

I'm seeking to understand to help me move through whatever lesson I'm supposed to be learning.

Overwhelming is an alarm, a message.

I've made a wrong turn and it's okay.

I'm not going to get down on myself, but I do need to find where I can make an improvement.

Staying on this track is only going to lead to more of what I'm experiencing.

And a lot of times my journal allows me to see what that is and I get to make a better choice.

And what I found this morning when I was journaling is that I've gone too many days in a row without taking time for myself.

I've been collaborating, socializing, networking, and generally mixing it up for so many days in a row that I realize I want to check myself into a cabin for a few days with food and some weights.

So that's what I'm going to do.

While I figure out which cabin I'm going to inhabit next, I'll fill you in on the projects I've been working on.

They're all very exciting for me and I know that for every person who chooses to participate in what we have going on will get some massive benefits.

The first one being the strong coach.

We just started class three this past week.

It's a new crew of students that have embarked on a 12 week journey to transform themselves as coaches and their businesses to reach more people who are in need of their services.
