Will it prove radio? A state of high performance?

You're totally going to love today's episode because instead of talking about biochemistry

0:18.2

here, it's all about the software in your head. We're going to talk about a specific

0:23.5

six-step process that you can use to change the voice in your head. So go ahead and listen

0:28.4

through to the entire episode and you'll hear at the end a new answer to that question

0:34.7

You're listening to Bulletproof Radio with Dave Asprey. Today's cool fact of the day is

that support stem cell growth. And that they're growing new tissue and a new spinal cord,

1:14.6

which is awesome because if they can figure out how lizards grow new spinal cords, maybe

1:18.4

they can figure out how we could grow new spinal cords. Or even better yet, you'd grow

1:21.5

an extra spinal cord growing out of your forehead and grow superpowers. Okay, maybe that

1:26.0

last part's a little bit high. But I can tell you, salamanders can also regrow their legs,

1:31.1

which is why they're one of my favorite animals. And if you look at early bulletproof products,

1:35.7

and even some of my books, there's a salamander hidden in them because salamanders are

1:39.7

that cool. It's like a little Easter egg, but only for people who are cool enough to listen

1:43.0

to this episode of Bulletproof Radio. And before we get into today's show, I wanted to
