Everyone should know key ways to detox because of how many chemicals we're exposed to on a daily basis - it’s more than we can handle and it’s not how we evolved... (to people thinking this is a neurotic way of looking at it - it’s not, everyone is exposed to fragrances, cleaning products, topical products that are known to be endocrine disruptors, PFAS, etc. let alone more dramatic situations like mold, heavy metals, bacterial overgrowths. It’s tricky being a healthy human in our world. We have natural ways of detoxing but sometimes we can use some help. I’ve been wanting to talk 1-on-1 with Dr. Ben Lynch for a long time now (slightly selfishly) to get his professional thoughts on my health situation which I now believe stems from toxic mold.
