Well, listen, Colin, since the last time you have been on the show, gold has hit yet another

record high. I think right now we're sitting around $2,600 an ounce. That is about a 27% increase

year to date. I mean, if now is not the time to buy gold, I don't know what is. And I know there's a

lot of people out there who are dealing with a bit of FOMO thinking that we were going to get

a crash or a correction

or something like that. But every time I open up the markets, it just keeps going up.
