you, I think it's beginning to affect people because people don't dream anymore.

And this is really a critical factor on mental health. If you don't have good dreaming consciousness,

if you're not able to sleep long enough and get deep sleep, REM sleep, rapid eye movement

sleep, then your ability to go deep into your dreams is really
