Summary

Since prehistory, humans have used a range of psychedelic drugs for communion with the gods, connection with nature, or for the pure pleasure and wonder they generate as they transform the mind and the world. But one natural psychedelic in particular towers above the rest in its astonishing power to replace the normal waking world with a bizarre alternate reality replete with a diverse panoply of intelligent alien beings. As well as being the most powerful, N,N-dimethyltryptamine, more commonly known as DMT, is also the most common naturally-occurring psychedelic and can be found in countless plant species scattered across the Earth. DMT carries a profound message embedded in our reality, a message that we are now beginning to decode. In Alien Information Theory, neurobiologist, chemist, and pharmacologist, Dr. Andrew R. Gallimore, explains how DMT provides the secret to the very structure of our reality, and how our Universe can be likened to a cosmic game that we now find ourselves playing. Gallimore explains how our reality was constructed using a fundamental code which generated our Universe β€” and countless others β€” as a digital device built from pure information with the purpose of enabling conscious intelligences, such as ourselves, to emerge. You will learn how fundamental digital information self-organises and complexifies to generate the myriad complex forms and organisms that fill our world; how your brain constructs your subjective world and how psychedelic drugs alter the structure of this world; how DMT switches the reality channel by allowing the brain to access information from normally hidden orthogonal dimensions of reality. And, finally, you will learn how DMT provides the secret to exiting our Universe permanently β€” to complete the cosmic game and to become interdimensional citizens of hyperspace.Alien Information Theory is a unique account of this hidden structure of reality and our place within it, drawing on a diverse range of disciplines -- including neuroscience, computer science, physics, and pharmacology -- to carefully explain these complex ideas, which are illustrated with full-colour diagrams throughout.

Dr. Andrew Gallimore is a computational neurobiologist, pharmacologist, chemist, and writer who has been interested in the neural basis of psychedelic drug action for many years and is the author of a number of articles and research papers on the powerful psychedelic drug, N,N-dimethyltryptamine (DMT) and its effects on the brain and consciousness. In 2015, he collaborated with DMT pioneer Dr. Rick Strassman, author of DMT: The Spirit Molecule, to develop a pharmacokinetic model of DMT as the basis of a target-controlled intravenous infusion protocol for extended journeys in the bizarre worlds to which DMT gates access. His current interests focus on DMT and other psychedelic molecules as tool for gating access to otherwise inaccessible subjective worlds, their neuroscientific underpinning, and their possible ontological and metaphysical implications. He currently lives and works in Tokyo.

Welcome to Destiny.

0:33.0

Now here's your host, Cliff Dunning.

0:39.0

Hey, hi, how are you? It's good to see you.

0:45.0

You know, a lot of people question the use of psychedelics and they wonder why, why people like Graham Hancock and other people are taking Ayahuasca.

0:55.0

Years ago, as a program director, I traveled with Terrence McKenna, who was a huge advocate of EMT cannabis, which I am a fan of,

and other psychedelic drugs for inner journey or inner discovery.

1:17.0

By the way, I really urge you to get McKenna's book that has been so influential for so many people.

1:26.0

It's called Food of the Gods, the search for the original tree of knowledge.

1:32.0

And it was written in the late 1980s, but oh my God, what an amazing read.

1:40.0

And he describes these different intelligences, these different beings that he encounters using DMT and other psychedelics.

1:50.0

And since that time, a lot of people have hailed McKenna as a genius for forgiving us a sense of use of this.

2:00.0

And perhaps, you know, he has influenced a number of important people in their research of Ayahuasca.

2:11.0

One of these people is Dr. Rick Strassman, who we've had on this program a number of times.

2:17.0

And Strassman did studies with subjects with patients in a controlled environment where he gave them doses of DMT.

2:29.0

And they reported all kinds of experiences.

2:33.0

And one of the things that I found quite interesting and also way back in the 90s with McKenna is the fact that when you're using this powerful drug,

2:47.0

it shifts your perception and perhaps your reality into other zones and you're communicating with other beings.

2:58.0

And McKenna regularly reported on communicating, there was advice given.
