Today, we get to talk with Haley, Gorenson, Jacob.

We have been doing some of these recently where we'll reach out to a scholar whose book

I discovered while John and I are working on a video.

It's an idea or theme video or topic.

So I actually found Haley's work, which is a book called, conformed to the image of his

son, reconsidering Paul's theology of glory in Romans.

So essentially, it's a souped up word and theme study on the word glory in Paul's letters

and then specifically to the Romans.

We've talked about glory before.

We have.

What are those words that we don't use in normal everyday English?

Yeah, it's a common biblical word.

Often to describe God's glory, which is often associated with either how God glows like

a light bulb, like the sun or radiance, but also God's status or importance.

So we've talked about this in the podcast.

There's actually a lot of really important well-known statements in Paul's letter to

the Romans that have the word glory.

Paul have sinned and fallen short of the glory.

The glory of God.

So what Haley did, this book is a revision of her actually PhD thesis done at the University
