more reasonable but listen I can't judge people for that because up until I was 43

that's probably how much I ate you know I used to be not quite as heavy as you, but I was 60 or 70 pounds heavier. I was vegan, but I was starting every day with a Coke Slurpy. That's vegan with eight pumps of vanilla syrup. I was drinking Dr Pepper Pepper big gulp's all day long and I was eating candy cakes, cookies, pies, and ice cream. They were vegan, but they certainly weren't health promoting. Worse than that, I wasn't really eating any fruits, vegetables, old grains, or legumes and that's how I ended up

70 pounds heavier with the beginning of colon cancer. But I realized that most people, including myself,

weren't willing to completely desert forever.
