Sometimes when people look at the liberal conservative divide or the maybe loose versus strict legalistic divide that exists in the church,

they think that there's nothing in common between these different groups of people.

John and I disagree.

We think that both of these groups of people are actually what we would call despisers of grace.

We're going to explain to you what we mean today.

So we're going to have a conversation about the law and the gospel and the grace of God

and the path to knowing true freedom and rest in Jesus.
