different things to different people, right? If you're making a pizza, it might mean making the

dough, making the sauce, going out to your cow and getting the cream to make the cheese.

That could be cooking from scratch for you.

Today, as you're listening, I would love you to think about cooking from scratch as

Looking at your baseline wherever you are whatever you're currently doing and taking one baby step closer to cooking more at home. So if you are a

meal subscription family and you get a box every day on your doorstep and

Perhaps you get one less box a week and you cook a meal from scratch that night.
