Oh, this is my first week I've had that's been pretty mellow and chill with my whole scheduling around the basketball stuff. So it's like, yeah, I feel good. I ran faster and stronger and longer than I ever had on the treadmill since, you know, in the last year or so. And so, you know, I'm, I'm feeling, I'm feeling good. You wore the treadmill out. I like to hear that.

Well, I'm not ready to get worn out.

Well, you have to be careful. The calves get worn out a little bit. If you do a little bit too much, a little too fast. So I'm riding the edge there like a like, like, like, like, like maverick and tough. Well, you, you were going to be my inspiration. I'm doing a late run today.
