So you've also said, since you first started coming on the show, Jason, that they would try to make Trump ineligible, that that was going to be part of their playbook.

Can you tell me why you felt so confident in saying that for so long?

Well, as soon as he said that he was going to run for president again, I saw right

away that was exactly the play they were going to make, Sean. And I think I've been saying it

for well over a year. I think six months ago when I had Roger Stone on my program, I asked him how he was going to be able to run if he was facing these indictments and criminal charges.

And note, Sean, with this case right here, when do they want the trial?

Well, mid or election season, right in the primaries.

Of course they do.

But this is just the beginning because I'm telling you right now,

it's going to be a larger narrative in the sense that even Bill Barr yesterday, when he was asked

about this case, as most pundits right and left to their credit with any credibility, by the way,

said this was a big nothing burger and really was a political move.
