We always like to start the program off with kind of the firing line.

You have the quick question.

So I have four or five questions that I'll just have warm up with and we'll see where it takes us. The first one is if there was a creative

project, you know, large or small to tackle, what would that creative challenge be?

For me, if I really had the choice and money was not

an option it would be one of these unique hotels that are being built

around the world. You see there is underwater hotels there There is a new property that a

Hawaiian collection has the north of Thailand has these glass houses with an elephant sanctuary around. I mean people are getting

really really creative with hotels these days and I think people are just

wanting these different experiences.

If I had to be really quick with you,

I would say, first hotel on the moon.
