And you can use the journal in several ways.

You can go ahead and open up the journal and you could perhaps have your own journal i know many of you have your own personal hardbound or

softbound journals you like to write in well well, take a look at the daily reflection question

and simply write your reflection within your own journal. Now, you also might find that

you enjoy reflecting on something maybe every morning as you start your day or in the evening as you end your day, but you might
