Julia Tertion has produced TV programs about food. She has hosted

podcasts about food. She has blogged about food. She's been a private chef. She's

written books on food with Mario Batale and Gwyneth Paltrow.

And two of her own food books are in the publishing pipeline.

So I guess you could safely say that Julia Tertian is really into food,

professionally and personally. She's here to tell us about how she's made a

career making it and writing and talking about it.
