NCAA March Madness going on. We know there's a bunch of craziness or continues to be craziness,

but speaking of craziness, Dishon Watson is going to the Browns for five years and $230 million.

And guess what? It's all guaranteed. We thought this thing was coming down to the Falcons and

the Saints and then all of a sudden he pulls the ball on the RPO and hits the slant right across

the middle for a touchdown. David Cohn, I'll start with you. When I look at this decision by

Dishon Watson, obviously if you're a Cleveland Browns fan or a Cleveland fan in general, you have

been this happy since LeBron came over. He's going to be suspended and it's going to be interesting

to see the nuance and the contract and that stuff because it's going to happen. It has to happen

in my opinion with the Browns roster right now as is. You got Donovan Peoples Jones,

a Mari Cooper, just came over adding Dishon Watson with what they have on defense. How much more

of a Super Bowl contender do you think the Browns are without having made any other moves?

Well, right now legitimately more of a contender. I mean, I think that he has the ability to be one

of the top three best quarterbacks in the NFL. I really believe that. And especially I look,

I want to see his attitude and his mentality and his growth after this situation. We haven't

seen him play football in a while. I'm just going based off the last thing I saw. But forget

about the rosters for one second and let's just talk about the franchises. I really feel like

it would have been a better move to go to either New Orleans. That would have been my first

spot for him or Atlanta for Cleveland, just based off the history of Cleveland. But

if Cleveland's able to pull this move off great move by them, they're exponentially better for

this, no? No, I, you have really, really upgraded. So now, Blaine, that's a great segue into what's
