This shot talked about taking ownership of the offense. How have you seen it? A bunch of ways. I'd say Scott. I mean that starts back in April and as we install the offense and there's so much nuance to what we do offensively.

What everybody does in this NFL. So I think just understanding all the different elements of our run past game protections really just diving into it. I think it's the biggest thing.

Is that something that continues to grow? It should. I mean that's any good relationship. Builds trust this time goes on. But yeah, he knows that we that he has the ultimate.

We he has the ultimate trust from us when he's standing there behind the center. We will talk about that's the best view in the house. So what he sees. We trust what he sees.

Kevin, how would you assess the way the backup running back situation is right now? Yeah, I think it's great competition. Obviously unfortunate with Jerome's injury.

Unfortunate for Jerome, but great opportunity for those other guys to get good reps out here at practice getting great reps in the game. So I think it's a great competition in that entire room.

I know we've asked you about Jerome many times, but give us an update. Please on his situation. I mean, no real update. Jeff, other than the say he's progressing with his injury.

He spends a lot of time in the meeting rooms and these walkthroughs getting good reps, but he's progressing. Kevin, MJ had such a fantastic rookie season.

Just as he goes into year two here, where's the biggest area of growth? And how much does that man to man philosophy that Jim Schwartz has brought to the defense? How much can that make him an even better player?

Yeah, you know, had a good rookie campaign and needs to get better like all those second year players. So we're excited about his growth.

He takes this game very seriously. He works at his craft. Just watch him and coach Lynch and Denzel and Greg. I mean, they're constantly working. So he'll keep coming along as to the amount of, you know, man you play that that's really for the season and we'll see how that all shakes out.

But MJ's, I think, adept at playing man zone off press all of it.
