It's the Friday edition of the Locked-on NFL podcast. I'm your host, Chris Carter from Locked-on Steelers. He's your boy, Q from Locked-on Raiders. And we are bringing you live and in color, the Friday edition of this show. Kew, it's always fun to end the week with you, my man, doing all these shows and stuff. But we got we got a really serious topic to

lead this show off with. And of course, that's involving Deshaun Watson as the saga continues

in what's going on with his court case. Now, Q, the new news that's come out is that there is now

a motion filed by Deshaun Watson's attorney to have the plaintiffs,

or at least two of the plaintiffs, or one of the plaintiffs, to step forward and re-plead their case

within the next two days. Otherwise, their petitioner, their claims will be all thrown out,

basically, and that hearing's, this will be all thrown out, basically.

And that hearing's, this hearing for this to make this happen comes up Friday, actually this morning at 11 a.m. Central.

So I believe that is noon, Eastern time for us, East Coasters.

But, but, but Q, what is your response to this development? Because more accusers have now stepped in, you know, Deshaun Watson's been dropped by Nike and

beats and, you know, this continues to look bad for Deshaun Watson.

But it seems like his side is just holding the line and saying like we are still behind

the idea that he did he has nothing to do with these claims yeah it's interesting man it really

is and uh yeah glad to be back with you on a Friday edition of the show and um you know Deshaun

Watson he is the whole time maintained his innocence you know a lot of people thought that okay

well he's going to try to settle and get this over with and just kind of wipe it under the rug. But his lawyers have proven

and with this emergency petition that they filed are showing that, hey, they're out to prove
