1:21.4	He says, Deshawn Watson and the NFL did engage in further settlement talks in recent days,

1:28.1	The best Watson's side indicated it would be, except was a six to eight game suspension.
1:33.6	The best the league indicated it was willing to do was 12 games plus a heavy fine in the $8 million range.

1:41.8	It's interesting that the league was no longer insisting on an indefinite suspension with the right to apply for reinstatement. Again, think Miles Garrett after the helmet incident.
