Men load up men and women onto the child.

This happens at midnight, sometimes 2 a.m., 3 a.m., and it happens six times.

Exactly the same procedure each time.

In another area, Virginia,

men are running up and down stairs with rifles, busting down doors, grabbing people out of room.

When they're finished, they explode a hole in the wall and guide a group of people who are not armed through the hole.

This has done many, many times, hundreds of times to the point that the men know their procedures, exactly which rooms to hit, exactly which stairwells to clear.

When they open up a door, they'll look at the hands of anybody. Scan the hands first. Who has guns?

Neutralize the threat.

That's their orders.
