If you are looking for a new gig and maybe a new place to live or already live in Madison,

Wisconsin, you know, by the University of Wisconsin, there is a part-time gig that I would

love to have.

They just posted a job listing for a descriptive sensory panelist that's really just a fancy

way of saying food taster at the center for dairy research.

It includes tasting and evaluating different foods such as cheese and pizza.

That's $15 an hour.

They're looking for individuals passionate about all types of food, but especially cheese,

pizza and other dairy products.

So that could mean tasting up to 24 cheese samples and 12 pizzas a week as well as some

other foods thrown in there.

So it's a temporary position.

It's possible that you can get an extension.

It'll be based on, at the University's campus in Madison, the panelist must be available.

This is it though.

This is what you have to do.

You have to be available for three hours, for three consecutive hours, three consecutive

periods, three sessions a week.

So you have three hours, three times a week, 15 bucks an hour.

I mean, okay, that's a good gig.

Cost you get fed any time, anyone wants to pay you or me to get fed?

I'm all for it.
