Tennessee's proposed map splits the state's 9th Congressional District and divides the only majority-Black congressional seat in Memphis. I will talk to two Tennessee lawmakers about this illegal gerrymandering effort.
The FBI has executed a search warrant on the offices and business of Virginia lawmaker Louise Lucas, who led the state's redistricting effort.
We will examine a new report highlighting that Tarrant County, Texas, sentences Black individuals to death at a disproportionate rate.
