Thanks for being on here with me today. Of course, I can't miss a Monday. And it's

exciting that I don't have to, you know, quarterback this one and Ravon, you get to do all the heavy

lifting. But oh my God, have you not heard of Fantastic Mondays? It's only been like four years

in the making or encountering or something. You know, I had a kid, did you know that?

I did know that. Congratulations. Oh, I was just, I was just seeking that.

Absolutely. We've got lots of good stories today. We're going to talk about Ron DeSantis.

We're going to actually heard that you're a you follow soccer. So we got a story about racism

and soccer. Yay, I love those stories. My favorite part of the sport.

But we got that. We're going to talk about Republicans' attempts to restrict abortion even further

than they already have. And there are weird ways of reframing it as if they're not doing exactly

what they're doing because they realize it's deeply unpopular. So with all that, let's just dive

right into Meet Ball Ron on this Monday afternoon. So we expect Ron DeSantis to announce this week

that he is running for president. And so let's give you a little bit of updates about things that

are happening in his great state of Florida. So following Disney's move to cancel their $1 billion

expansion into Florida, Ron DeSantis has requested a new judge in Disney's free speech lawsuit.

DeSantis's motion said that Judge Walker referenced the ongoing dispute between his administration

and Disney during hearings in two unrelated lawsuits before him dealing with free speech issues

and fear of retaliation for violating the new laws championed by DeSantis as well as the Republican
