Michael van der Veeen, you may remember presented some of the arguments, particularly the

First Amendment argument, and David Haim drafted the brief on the First Amendment.

I'm going to ask them hard questions, personal questions about how they and their family

and fellow lawyers reacted to their defense of the Constitution and their defense of Donald

Trump.

You'll hear it all on the Dershow.

Today on the Dershow, we're fortunate to have two great lawyers, both of whom played

a very important role in the historic acquittal of former President Donald Trump when he

was tried by the Senate for impeachment.

And these are lawyers who basically focused on the constitutional issues, particularly

the First Amendment issues.

And on the Dershow, I'm going to ask them the hard questions that you want to ask them.

And so let me introduce two great lawyers.

First of all, let me introduce Michael van der Veeen, Michael van der Veeen, and David Haim.
