let's bring in the host of the Lockdon Spurs podcast. Jeff Garcia is here with us. Jeff some interesting things happening with the San Antonio Spurs at the moment.

Let's start with Tony Parker who's going to have his jersey retired this season.

When I played one season for the Charlotte Hornets before announcing his retirement,

in terms of the pantheon of Great Spurs players, where does Parker sit there we know where

Tim Duncan and David Robinson are but where's Parker sort of in that group how is he

revered amongst the San Antonio spurs fans? Oh that's a great question and I actually to the Spurs fan base once Parker made his retirement

announcement and my reaction was the fact that the re-action was the fact that the react from Spurs fans wasn't as I guess

boisterous as it was from a monogenobly or TD. When those two guys retired, San Antonio just almost went into a depression.

When Tony Parker announced his retirement, they were more like, okay, you know, that's cool, yay, we're going to miss you Tony.
