All right. So first question is what got you into real estate?

Gotcha.

So I would say initially it started when I was a kid being an entrepreneur.

Growing up, my grandpa always had me doing little things like picking up cans, turning

them in at the end of the month, chopping wood, selling it in the winter.

And then when I was around 18, I had the opportunity to move to Houston with my dad.

So I packed up my car with $1,000, moved to Houston.

And I was going to do the traditional route.
