I enjoyed it so much, so that I'm back with series two of the podcast about podcasts.

I mean, who knew that would be a thing?

Today we're going to kick off season two of Castaway with someone I admire so much and respect hugely.

I met the one and only Dermot O'Leary a good few years, and he's always been so generous with his time and giving advice.

And it's also a big podcast fan himself.

Dermott shares quite a mix of genres in his podcast choices,

ranging from Edith Bowman's soundtracking to Christian Guru Murthy's

refreshingly honest interview technique on ways to change the world.

We have a good old natter, as I learn about Dermott's passion for politics,

as well as discovering that he initially set out to become an actor

before his curiosity for interviewing interesting people took over.
