I started to pick up on the fact that most cyclists are very on and off strength training.

And when they do strength train, they go actually too hard.

And I think it's because cyclists are comfortable with the pain that comes along with exercise and pushing yourself.

And the thing is, none of these people who are giving you this advice go on a three-hour ride the next day, period.

And so that's what became apparent is that all of these cyclists are training like people who don't ride.

It's showtime, everybody. Showtime!
