It's the Gist I'm Mike Pesca. Today, Bill Bard definitely sidesteped and parried the questions

of the Senate as to his handling and characterization of the Mueller report. That description coming directly

from Bill Bard's internal monologue. In fact, he sliced words as if he were a starving Russian peasant trying to make two potatoes

last for winter. If you think I would suggest that Bard's linguistics offshoot was actually a hodgepodge, indeed that is what I'm trying to suggest.

Yeah, but I'm trying to grapple with the word suggest. I mean, oh, brother, one issue was Bard's pushback on the idea that Donald Trump told his counsel

Don McGann to get rid of Mueller. Much depended on the word fire. Did he mean to fire him? He never said fire him. We actually got a preview of this flammable bit of rhetoric a couple of weeks ago

when Trump's private attorney Rudy Giuliani trotted out the combustible defense. Fire's nice and clear. Fire is

get rid of him. He shouldn't be special counsel. He shouldn't be special counsel means it's wrong to be special counsel. It doesn't say any

specific action. Well, then he changes it again and says, well, I thought that men get rid of him. That's what he even thought of that. Well, okay.

Jake, are you implying that the president meant he should set Robert Mueller a flame or to launch as with a rocket? I must have forgotten that part in Beckett, where Henry, the

second, s'advisors debate. Now, when he says, well, no one rid me of this metals and priest is the king saying that someone should get rid of the

priest or is he saying that someone should saddle the priest up so that in the future, the king could said to have rid him. Hmm, unknowable. When Rudy said it, I thought it was a

reach today. Now that bar saying it, it might be an impeach. We will discuss all of that in the spiel. And no, I don't think it's going to lead to

impeachment. But first, and speaking of that, which is rid, we turn to the track where a spade of death set a California race track has grabbed the headlines, which the

racing industry does not want. After all, this Saturday is the Kentucky Derby, the first race in the triple crown racing expert and horseman
