Summary

On the night of March 31, 1922, six members of a rural Bavarian family were viciously murdered inside their farmstead with a weapon believed to be something akin to a pickaxe. In the aftermath, many suspects came to light, as did rumors that the event was perhaps the result of paranormal activity. To this day, however, the crime remains unsolved.
