| 0:45.1 | 20s, I was a daily marijuana smoker and as I got older you know I just stopped doing |
| 0:52.5 | for me what it used to do as my spiritual practices got deeper I started seeing it more |
| 0:57.8 | as a chain, as a unhealthy habitual sort of compulsion more than the benefits you know |
| 1:06.0 | allowed for so like the negative started outwing, the benefits started becoming more conscious |
| 1:11.0 | of just wanting to not have to depend on any chemical whatsoever to get through the |
| 1:17.0 | day or you know like when you're smoking marijuana on a daily basis it can be really easy |
| 1:21.2 | like if you're just like in a bad mood to just erase that bad mood by going and smoking |
| 1:25.3 | right instead of dealing with the bad mood or maybe interrogating that feeling and seeing |
| 1:29.6 | what's underneath it etc. |
| 1:31.7 | So after a long time of smoking and then an extended period of time where there's attempts |
| 1:36.3 | to quit and the desire to quit was was ramping up. |
| 1:40.8 | I recently you know after the loss of our pregnancy decided that I'm completely done with |
| 1:47.2 | it completely and you know if you put something in your brain for 10, 12 years every single |
| 1:54.3 | day and then you take that thing away from your brain you're going to go through a process |
