Motivation, this is so interesting. Motivation does not just come out of nowhere, like a force of wind and smack you in the face.

Motivation actually comes from habitual change and action. Motivation comes from action. If you take that action and you feel a positive reaction or a positive effect, and you do it again, then that's where the motivation comes from.

We've got Lee, and I think a lot of people are probably wondering where and what happened to Lee.

And because Lee was a big part of our vlog, she was kind of a big part of the YouTube space that we were in, and then it's kind of like, where did Lee go?

Well, I went on a whole bunch of different paths, but let's just say 2020 has been a year, and my big reroute began before the pandemic.

So the pandemic just added another layer of complication on top of life changes.

Babe, do you want to give for the listeners who don't know who Lee is? I just thought of that. Maybe like a 20 seconds synopsis on who she is and how she relates to our life.

I'll just explain Lee.

Well, we met Lee back in 2018, even though I feel like I've known you since I was a kid.

We were so similar in so many beautiful ways, but we met in 2018 on the road in Wohaka, Mexico, pulled up into a parking lot and saw a van that had a Canadian flag and your Instagram handle or something.

No, not even. We were, we were stealth. You guys never had your Instagram handle.

No, you had like Van to Cruz. You had like, you were like painted. You were not stupid. Okay.
