can both aggravate the other and help the other.

Many people have remarked, and I would consider myself one of those people,

that few things can be as beneficial to mental health as getting in a better financial

situation, achieving higher levels of financial stability and security.

But ironically, for many of us, mental health care is something that is pretty much entirely financially

out of reach.

Now, there can be more creative ways to access mental health care without necessarily going

way over budget.

And that's something I will talk about with my guest.

But it's also something that paradoxically, the more you need it, often the less means
