on the spiritual meaning of depression and how we can work through this, how we can not accept

it to be our reality and work our way through it so that we don't have to experience those very

common feelings of really like sadness and loneliness and because I've been through a lot of

that as well and it'll come randomly and now I'm noticing the pattern of why it comes, how it comes,

and how I'm able to work my way through it. And if I make the conscious choice to not work my

way through it, then it gets worse. And then it becomes debilitating. And if you have

experienced these things, you're not alone. It's very common. I hear it all the time. I'm like,

oh, I'm depressed. My dog makes me depressed. My family makes me depressed. My parents made me

depressed, right? Past trauma and abuse, when I think of it, I get depressed. So this thing of

depression, it really comes up and then we kind of label ourselves with it. We take on the identity

of depression and then it lingers through our whole life because we choose to identify with it.

We choose to accept it and wear it like it's an adjective that describes who we are.

We are a depressed individual. And I want to stop that. Like I want you to get to a place where
