I would like to talk today about deposits.

What do deposits mean?

Well, when we deposit money in a bank account,

we know what happens, right? A little bit here, a little

bit there. In the UK we say, you take care of the pennies and the pounds take care of themselves.

We put the deposits in the bank or in a little jar somewhere and hey after a period of time

we've got a sum of money. We have hopefully a nice stash of cash. What about deposits in other ways? With

money it's very tangible, right? We know this. But what about deposits into your future? What it is that

you're building, what you're creating, what you're going to reap in the long term. Now we live in a gratification first society, right?

We want to feel good now. We want the why now, we want the social media now, we want the why now we want the social media now we want the dopamine now we want

everything now.

Hmm we I think sometimes we're seduced into this YOLO, Life Is sure, you know, have all the joy now and look I'm into it

right I'm all about the joy the fun the now, but not at the cost of something later.

If that's all I felt and believed, I would start the day with don't

and champagne and then just stroll around at the beach and, I don't know,

read trashy magazines, I don't know.

That might feel good now, but what deposits am I making? Think about it. You have a dream and a vision for

your life. You're here for a reason. People aren't attracted to the Let It Be Easy Podcast because they don't have big dreams and plans.

So that life you're creating, what it is you're crafting like an investment, right, like like a stock portfolio like a savings account what are you depositing day today

Life is short yes, but it can also be long. These things are very subjective to say.

If I have a full long life experience and I pray that I do. I owe it to myself to put the right deposits into my future.
