from last week's update. I had mentioned that Amanda Harry put out a video on her YouTube.

She said she didn't have a judge in her video. I don't have a judge this time.

She has since redone that workout and the score that is on the game's website.

She did in fact do with a judge at her affiliate.

So she followed all of the rules.

I made a mistake. I was incorrect.

Amanda Harry follows the rules. She does the right thing. She put up a pretty impressive score. She also put up a new video for 26.2. She got into the muscle ups. Whatever you have to tell yourself in the workout to keep yourself in it, punch your arms. I punch my forearms quite a bit. Just trying to get that blood moving in there. Here's my second attempt.
