Hello again, everyone. Welcome back to software video software video on time on target.

I'm your host today, Steve Ballister. Joining me, we have a co-host, which is always nice to have.

It's always nice to have some support here. Sean Spoon from Soft Rep, our new editor in chief, is

joining us today, and we're going to be talking very shortly with somebody that we've talked to

in the past. Dennis Blasco is a retired lieutenant colonel out of the US Army, but just under,

I believe, 25 years, service as a military intelligence officer and a foreign area officer.

He specialized in China, which we're going to be talking about today. He served in infantry units

in Germany, Italy, and Korea, as well as DC at the DIA headquarters and the Army Office of Special

Operations. From 92 to 96, he was the Army out of Che in Beijing and Hong Kong. So Dennis is

our subject matter expert when it comes to talking about China and Chinese, I guess,

influences that are going on right now, and we're going to be talking about China and Taiwan
