So we have three great guests today, but before we get started, I wanted to spend a little more time with Kathleen Jordan.

I met Kat back in January when she and her husband, Steve, moved in next door to me, and I am so lucky to know them and call them friends now.

And I wanted to talk to Kat for a little bit because when I texted her and said, hey, come

on the writers panel, as I do any writer I meet, she sent me back this video, which was

both utterly charming and I'm sure she'll be mortified that she's agreed to let me share.

But I want you to hear a little bit of it, and then Kat and I'm going to talk about what went on in that video.
