0:10.1	To begin this meditation, to begin this inner journey. Take just a moment to allow yourself to relax.
0:20.0	Feels good to let go.
0:23.0	Let go of thoughts, ideas, judgments,
0:30.0	letting go of the past and thoughts of the future. Just being here now in this
0:39.2	moment all as well. If any thought of the past arises, knowledge it, but just let it go.
0:51.6	If any concerns or ideas about the future emerge, acknowledge those thoughts, but then just let
0:59.8	them go. As you continue to be present here now as you continue to relax, allowing your

1:16.0	Sweet, soft relaxation.

1:59.4	your boots. The sun is up and it's sparkling on the snow. The sky overhead is such a pure blue color.
